Refund Policy
Last updated October 19, 2026
The trial is free, so there's nothing to refund. Monthly plans: cancel anytime, no partial refunds. Yearly plans: cancel within 30 days of paying and we refund the unused part.
The free trial
Your first 30 days are free and we don't take a card, so nothing is charged and nothing needs refunding.
Monthly plans
Cancel anytime from Settings in your studio. You keep full use of BobbinBill until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for the rest of a month.
Yearly plans
If you cancel within 30 days of a yearly payment, including a renewal, we refund the unused part of the year, worked out by the day. For example, cancelling 10 days into a $240 year refunds 355 of 365 days, about $233.42. After 30 days the year isn't refundable, but you keep BobbinBill to the end of it and it won't renew.
When something went wrong
If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or BobbinBill let you down badly, write to us. We look at every case and may refund more than this policy promises. We can't refund less than it promises.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your customers' payments
Money your customers pay you, by card through your Stripe account or by Venmo, Cash App, cash or check, is between you and them. BobbinBill doesn't hold it and can't refund it; you refund your customers from Stripe or the app they paid with.
Asking for a refund
Write to hello@bobbinbill.com from your studio's email with your studio name. The Terms of Service cover cancelling and what happens to your studio afterwards.
