Customers can pay by card from their portal page. Stripe charges its own processing fee, the same as it would anywhere, and BobbinBill adds nothing on top.
Cash, checks and Zelle are recorded by hand, with part payments and receipts.
Questions about the plan
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven't chosen a plan, your studio goes read-only: everything is still there and you can look at it, but you can't add or change quilts until you subscribe. Exporting your data always works, and your customers' portal pages keep working so they can still see their quilts and pay you.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from Settings in your studio. Yearly is $200, which is two months free compared with paying monthly.
How do I cancel?
From Settings, anytime. Monthly plans run to the end of the month you've paid for. Yearly plans cancelled in the first 30 days get a prorated refund. The Refund Policy has the details.
What if a card payment fails?
We let you know and keep everything working for 14 days while you update your card. After that the studio goes read-only until the payment goes through.
Are there limits on quilts or customers?
No. One plan, every feature, as many quilts and customers as your studio takes on.
